Cheryl is a native of Charleston. She was born in Summerville, grew up in West Ashley, and has lived in Mt. Pleasant since 1980.She got her real estate license in 1978 while working for ATT. In 1992 she took an early retirement and began her full time career in Real Estate which has always been her passion. Over the last 25 years she has sold residential as well as investment properties in the tri-county area with several of the major Real Estate companies in Charleston. Cheryl is now very excited to have recently joined ERA Wilder Realty in Mt. Pleasant. During her Real Estate career, Cheryl has been privileged to be awarded Realtor of Distinction by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, served on the Ethics Committee at CTAR and has been a member of the East Cooper Top Producers. Cheryl is very active at her Church and is currently serving as Chair of the Building Committee which is renovating and expanding Church buildings. She also enjoys her membership and association with many community and civic organizations as well as doing as much mission work with her Church as possible. She enjoys meeting people and working hard to meet their Real Estate needs, while always trying to work in their best interest. She is very fortunate to have many clients that have bought and sold multiple properties with her over the years, as well as referring her to their family, friends and acquaintances.In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys the Charleston Symphony concerts, theater plays at the Dock Street and Footlight players and has a passion for shagging, the State dance.
